STEP 1 OF 3

What is leaking?

Select the option that best describe your situation — we'll ask a few tailored follow up question.

STEP 2 0F 3 • NOT SURE

Tell us what you’ve noticed

Describe the symptoms — we’ll make sure the right engineer attends.

STEP 2 0F 3 • CENTRAL HEATING

About the heating system

These details help us confirm the right detection approach and equipment.

For raised/timber floors the boiler must lose 1.5 bar within 12 hours for detection to be viable. If slower, please call us to discuss.

Leak seal chemical applied within the last 5 years can seriously compromise our ability to detect leaks. Please call us to discuss before booking.

In 99% of cases, central heating leaks show no visible signs of water damage — this is completely normal. Our thermal imaging and tracer gas equipment locates leaks without any visible dampness.

STEP 2 0F 3 • SWIMMING POOL

Tell us what you’ve noticed

Describe the symptoms — we’ll make sure the right engineer attends.

For outdoor/cold weather inspections, the pool water must be a minimum of 20°C for our engineers to dive safely. Please ensure the pool is heated before booking.

Our engineers need to dive the pool to inspect it. If the pool is not clean and clear we will be unable to carry out the investigation — please ensure the pool is treated before booking.

If the pool has been winterized it will need to be fully un-winterized (refilled and running) before our engineers can attend.

STEP 2 0F 3 • WATER MAINS

About the mains pipe leak

Help us understand the scope and confirm the right detection method.

STEP 2 0F 3 • DRAINAGE

About the drainage issue

Helps us send the right engineers with CCTV survey equipment.

STEP 2 0F 3 • ROOF (FLAT ONLY)

About the roof leak

Our engineers work with flat roofs only — please read each question carefully.

Our engineers work with flat roofs only. We do not work on pitched/tiled roofs.

Our engineers are unable to assist with pitched or tiled roofs. If you have a flat roof section as well, please call us to discuss.

If water appears more than 3 hours after rainfall the source may not be flat roof — our engineers advice this is the maximum viable window. Please call us to discuss.
